Return Policy

  • Issues & Solutions:
    • Won't turn on: Check if the press switch is working. A separate switch can be sent if needed.
    • Switch doesn't work after installation: Ensure tight connection between the tail cover and main body.
    • Can't turn on with batteries: Disassemble and reposition the battery; adjust tightness.
    • Adaptation issues: Disassemble and reassemble on your equipment.
    • Rail movement during shooting: Tighten the device with screws before use.
    • Mode differences: Different mounting parts, mainly picatinny or mlok rail mount.
Red Dot Sights
  • Issues & Solutions:
    • Dot not bright enough: Rotate the button to check brightness; replacements available if needed.
    • Zeroing: Follow specific steps for adjustment; each click changes impact by 1 MOA.
    • Dislodged/damaged lenses: Contact for a free exchange within 30 days.
    • Blurred red dot: Warm up for 5 minutes upon first use.
    • Missing accessories: Replacement mounts available (except for V30 red dot scope).
